Landlords must only list properties they own or are authorised to rent, with honest prices and real photos.

3. Tenants

Tenants must respect visit schedules and communicate respectfully with landlords.

4. Prohibited use

Fake listings, spam, fraud or abusive messages lead to immediate account removal.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
